Play 90 second soundbite of 'Bring It On' @ 'CD quality'
The Skies certainly show their energetic and raunchy side here. 'Bring It On' never gets too frantic but definitely sits at the hotter end of the pop spectrum. The Skies have a real honest feel to 'em as they solidly rock-out with plenty of good old British grind and well honed togetherness as they power their way through this excellent track and leave you in no doubt about their musical prowess, both individually and collectively. These guys know what they're about, they know their way around their instruments of choice and they certainly know how to get the best out of each other.
'Bring It On' by The Skies proves that us Brits can still rock it with the best of 'em. The piece is superbly balanced and showcases the tight-knit musical community that is The Skies. 'Bring It On' is great when you max it out, it's superb company for those long and lonely car journeys and, what's probably more important, is that it's damn radio friendly. If these guys keep churnin' out rock'n'roll of this quality, they're looking at a pretty bright future together.
