Play 90 second soundbite of 'Even When You're With Me' @ 'CD quality'
'Even When You're With Me' tells of being stuck in a relationship once the love has gone; something many will be able to connect with I'm sure. Sesha certainly seems to feel the words as she pours her little heart out against a quite dark and often strangely slightly discordant backdrop of 'keys' and 'strings'. It's one of those songs that radio stations love to play in their 'relationship' spots and on that fact alone this could be destined for pretty serious air-time.
It's difficult to judge when there's only one song to go by but, Sesha appears to have a damn fine and pretty big sounding voice with quite a dynamic range. 'Even When You're With Me' could just become a big one! It's radio friendly nature will ensure it gets good exposure and oh, it'll bring a few tears as the closing number on any dance floor. Emotional and honest, 'Even When You're With Me' by Sesha is probably more for the ladies but I'm sure many guys out there will shed a wee tear too behind the knowing smile and brave face!
