Odain is New York singer/songwriter Odain Watson. With a delightfully soulful voice Odain blends rap and hip hop with elements of jazz, a bit of good old R&B and a hint of Eastern promise for good measure.

'Do You Niado' is slick and smooth and I can see it being big on the club scene. It has all the right attributes to make it a hot mover of a piece within the confines of the smoochy dance floor. From his press pack Odain seems to be a spiritual, thoughtful and philosophical individual; his music reflects his passion and thankfully stays on the good-taste side of what can all too often be a confrontational and socially unacceptable genre. Odain gets his message across simply and seemingly from the heart.

With just one track to go by, even though this is not my musical 'bag', it sounds like young Odain (still just 21) has a bright future. His obvious passion for life and his commitment to musical perfectionism whilst instilling virtue and optimism should see him moving on up the ladder. Odain's way is a gentle and relaxed way - bringing a reality check to a musical world that's normally fast, furious and all too often aggressive. Odain is full of style, cool sensitivity and brimming with good ideas and his 'Do You Niado' should set him off on a rewarding course for a positive future.
