Play 90 second soundbite of 'Bodysweat' @ 'CD quality'
Muddyloop comprise song writers and production duo Blonde Peterson and Metro Williams and with some beautifully poised help from some ever-so-sexy sounding female vocals in the form of Judi Nicholas the duo bump and grind their way silkily through this incredibly contagious dance piece. The pulsating synth bass line is addictive enough but when the vocals join the melee 'Bodysweat' becomes pure electro-laser sex. You can take it in the form of the 'radio edit', the 'album version' or go down the 'intrumental' route - the outcome is pretty much the same! The 'B' side, 'Future Romance', is a subdued sounding funkster which features the soulful vocals of Stevie Starr. 'Future Romance' is a far more laid back and smoochy work with story-telling lyrics and simple synth vibes adding mood and feeling. It's a somewhat 'brighter' and delicate sounding piece albeit with a pretty sad tale to tell.
Muddyloop lay down the sort of crystal clear catchy vibe that goes down well in any dance club or at any house party and the two tracks here act as a great introduction to the creative dance-beat force that is Muddyloop.
