Erstwhile mainstay of now defunct outfit Mouse, daughter of trad folk artist Steve Tilston, Martha Tilston has put together a beautiful work here with 'Rolling...'. Gentle melodies and soft, vibrato vocals lull the listener into a relaxed and placid place that feels warm, soft and totally safe.

Martha's soft yet positive vocal approach is an absolute pleasure to behold. The ten superb tracks here are all performed and produced to perfection, 'Rolling..' is a sort of aural delicacy that works its merry way into the senses and begs to be played over and over again. Martha's style and God given talent simply ooze from the player from start to finish ; this really is an extremely professional and accomplished piece of work.

At the time of writing I don't have a track listing and don't know who plays what but it just don’t matter!!. But, what I do know is that behind Martha's stunning voice and relaxed but superb guitar work there's a whole lotta great instrumental stuff quietly underpinning every track.

'Rolling..' has a carefully understated traditional folk feel without ever being 'old hat'. It's a genuine, stunning but peaceful journey through stories both old and new all prepared and served with a sweet, 'full cream', topping to lavishly fill the heart and soul of the willing recipient - an absolute pleasure to partake of, fill up on and grow pleasantly fat and comfortably numb on!!
