Bands from the locality that have played at Sunderland's Voodoo Room at Bar Pure on a regular basis. This great, value for money, release works in the cause of the venue and each and every one of the individualistic bands.

'Live At The Voodoo Room' shows clearly the strength of talent and the range of musical styles that The Voodoo Room is host to and indicates that there's a massive and very strong music scene up in the north-east of England. A positive plethora of great artists took the challenge and practically mugged the organisers to be included in this excellent work. I've said on several occasions that this promotional format is a superb way of killing multiple birds with just a single stone. Everyone benefits - including, of course, the purchasers of the CD.'Live At The Voodoo Rooms' really is a hefty work; the diverse line-up has something for everyone and would sit comfortably in just about anyone's collection - especially 'the home crowd'!!

'Live At The Voodoo Room' is a great piece of promotional work. Given the right exposure it should raise the whole ante regarding Sunderland and it's music scene. Tasty stuff indeed!!
