Recorded either live or one take in the practice room, this new demo, 'Take The Blues Pill', from Doctors Orders does the business and does it well. Doctors Orders are very much a live band; that's where they kick-ass and really make an impression, so to record this way is entirely the right thing for them.

The choice of songs here is almost irrelevant. What these guys are getting across is their pure energy and belief in what they do, their total commitment to the electric blues/rock scene and their solid and appealing approach.

You know, although Doctors Orders are never going to set the world alight, they're certainly capable of starting fires wherever they play.
