Play 90 second soundbite of 'Spinner' @ 'CD quality'
As soon as I put this excellent demo on I got the message!! Crash Repeat's work is rammed full of energetic beats, attitudinal melodies, kerrangin' rhythms - their material jumps right out at yer - just as a demo should, instant, straight to the nitty-gritty. And, boy do these dudes get down to business! Crash Repeat merge electro beats, dance vibes and house energy with something that resembles angst-ridden punk - possibly the most instantly effective piece of work I've ever come across within this far-reaching genre! The energy is tangible. The drive is awesome. The whole idea is inspired. Crash Repeat get it sorted!!
Now, this aint really my sort of music but, Crash Repeat, with their unputdownable and massively in-yer-face attack just drill it home so wonderfully that it simply can't be ignored. This five track demo is a perfect example of great promotional foresight; Crash Repeat make sure their work is real straight-arrow, to the point and instantly appealing - as soon as the opener, 'Spinner', starts the guys have you hooked. And, as if to make sure that they've not missed a trick, Crash Repeat continue with another four equally compelling, high octane songs.
This is a sensational demo work! Crash Repeat showcase their musical methodology absolutely brilliantly with these five stunning songs. With a massive vibe that'll work equally well in the clubs as it would in the bedroom, Crash Repeat don't just hit the nail on its proverbial head, they smash the shit out of it and make a water-tight case for themselves and their crackin' music. This is exactly how and what a demo should be - fanbloodytastic!
